Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations: responsible for routine business activities, such as admission ticket sales, birthday party bookings, party call backs, events and customer services. Schedule staff for daily operations and activities. Maintain store safety, performance, visual, cleanliness and operating standards. Manage store inventory.
- Build the team: train, coach and mentor individuals in completing tasks assigned to them. Track and review employee performance and development goals.
- Drive customer experience: observe, document and recommend changes and improvements needed for an unmatchable customer experience. Work with the management team for execution and implementation.
- Grow the business: support company efforts to develop and integrate new businesses into existing ones.
- General profit and loss responsibilities and management roles.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
- Willing to wear multiple hats, and be able to independently handle all services provided by the company, including but not limited to, open play, birthday parties, camps, events, etc.
- Uphold and adhere to company values all the time: 1) smile, 2) do not engage with customers (or other employees) during a conflict (always escalate it to a higher-level manager), and 3) do something small to make customers (or other employees) happier.
- Always go above and beyond to satisfy customer requests, and have the exceptional ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and manage situations and emergencies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and grow teams, and create a positive and collaborative work environment.

- 2+ years’ experience in retail store, family entertainment or child education related industry with 1+ years’ experience in leadership roles.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Willing to go through a thorough background check.
