This is hands-on work, but the jobs are straightforward. We train you on everything — just show up ready to work and be consistent!
Job Description:
- Perform solar panel cleaning using specialized equipment provided by the company.
- Install pigeon guards and bird netting on residential rooftop solar panels
- Remove bird debris (sometimes large amounts, including 100+ lbs of droppings) and nests.
- Ensure each job site is clean, safe, and completed to company standards.
- Report to our office daily before heading to job sites.
Compensation:
- $20/hr starting as a helper for the first 30 days, then $25/hr.
- $30/hr once you become a crew leader. After 30 days, employees in good standing qualify for a monthly health insurance reimbursement based on performance and reliability.
- All tools and equipment are provided.
- Weekly pay.
- Growth opportunity: Helper → Crew Leader → General Manager based on performance.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Work is local — Las Vegas only
- Morning starts at the office at 8:30 am
- During the busy summer season, expect long days — often from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates must be ready for physical, full-day work in the heat.
Requirements:
- Experience working on roofs is required
- Comfortable with ladders and being outdoors
- Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle) to and from the office.
- Strong work ethic and accountability
