This is a district sales manager job managing mobile tool routes in Chicagoland. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the routes. Route sales experience and district (route sales) manager experience required.
The job requires overseeing a team of 10-15 Mac Tool routes based out of our locations which go from Plainfield to Schaumburg. Each route has their own territory. The store managers drive box trucks (mobile stores) from shop to shop selling our tools. You will be responsible for route development and the growth of your team. As with any district sales manager position, the hours are more like 60+/week. Start time is 6:00am. We are looking for energetic self-starters that want their chance at a challenging yet fulfilling career. If you are serious about a career opportunity, this could be it. This position has a base pay of $70k/year ($1346/wk) with significant quarterly incentives.
