Aaron’s Towing, part of Valor Fleet Services, has proudly served Northern Virginia for over 30 years. With a fleet of 300+ vehicles, modern equipment, and a reputation built on safety and professionalism, we’re growing—and looking for experienced CDL drivers to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate Tractor truck tractors with:
- Landoll trailers
- Lowboy trailers
- Tandem axle rollbacks
- Transport heavy equipment, machinery, and oversized loads
- Load, unload, and secure equipment using proper tie-down procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- CDL Class A License (Required)
- 2+ years of professional CDL Class A driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Experience operating truck & trailer combinations
- Ability to load, secure, and transport equipment safely
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Preferred Experience
- Landoll, lowboy, or heavy equipment transport experience
- Dump trailer / stone hauling experience
- Oversized load and permit knowledge
- Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience
