Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to support project tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site by disposing of waste and organizing materials regularly
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on regular basis.
- Ability to work outdoors, sometimes in hot conditions, for large periods of the day performing physical labor.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures; prior experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site
- Reliable transportation to reach job sites consistently
- MUST have clean driving record and reliable transportation to work.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
