Director of Member Relations
Part-Time Position / 10-12 hours per week
Total Compensation: up to $ 60,000 per year
Base: 36,000 per year
Bonus : up to $ 24,000 per year
Position Overview:
The Director of Member Relations serves as the primary representative of Together in Giving, responsible for membership growth + member events. This role helps strengthen the TiG community while preserving our mission, values, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Membership Growth
- Recruit and onboard new member families.
- Goal: 25 new families in 2026.
- Meet with prospective members, share the TiG mission, and coordinate introductions with the Board.
- Ensure new members align with TiG's values of being Smart and Humble and embrace our culture of Giving, Learning, and Having Fun Together.
DELIVER 6 Amazing Events per year:
Coordinate Events & Member Engagement
Plan and execute 6 annual events:
- 4 local events / Must attend IN-Person
- 2 weekend destination trips
Manage event logistics, communications, and member participation.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with event planning and community engagement.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Passion for philanthropy and building meaningful communities.
Compensation & Mission:
- Part-Time: 10 hours per week.
- Compensation: $30,000 annually.
Success Metrics:
- 25 new member families per year.
- 6 successful annual events.
- Strong member engagement / Goal 75 % members attend
- Preservation of TiG's culture and values.
TiG Commitment:
100% of member contributions go to member-selected charities. 0% goes toward operating costs.
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
