WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $70,000 base salary - guaranteed
- Uncapped commission on every dollar you bring in
- Monthly and annual performance bonuses
- Realistic year one total: $95,000-120,000+

We work alongside restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, and property managers who trust us to show up and deliver - every single time.
This is meaningful work. And the person who sells it needs to believe that.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
This is not a cold call grind. This is not chasing strangers.
This is relationship selling at its best. You'll build a network of contractors and insurance professionals who think of you - and only you - when a loss happens. You'll be their person. The one they call. The one they trust.
You'll own a territory covering South East Michigan , Ann Arbor, and Toledo communities. You'll be on the road, meeting people, building something real.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build genuine relationships with restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, and property managers across your territory
- Stay consistently visible with referral partners through regular in-person visits
- Respond quickly when losses happen - coordinate with our production team and be the calm, confident voice for homeowners
- Own your weekly route and manage your time like the professional you are
- Track your activity and pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of outside sales, account management, or relationship-driven business development
- Someone who genuinely likes people and builds trust naturally
- Comfortable on the road daily and self-directed enough to own your schedule
- Organized, accountable, and motivated by results
- Experience in restoration, insurance, or property management is a bonus - not a requirement
- Clean driving record and professional presence
