Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen & store. ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Front area is properly cleaned as well as the entire store keeping a polished and cleaned environment. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen & restaurant by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and All areas.
- Support banquet and catering services by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for events.
- Assist servers in clearing dishes to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service times.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workspace and contribute to overall restaurant efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
