- No cold calling, all leads provided.
- 100% commission based pay
- M-F, potential for some evenings or Saturdays depending on customers needs.
- 2 weeks paid training.
- Potential for $25K in bonuses above the approximate commission based salary
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients in their homes to understand their needs and present customized product and service solutions.
- Explain product features and clear explanations.
- Negotiate pricing, upsell additional services or products, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage equipment orders from initial contact through project completion, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using POS systems and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales
- Soem knowledge on HVAC and Plumbing equipment preferred but not required
- Proficiency to learn CRM system
- Effective communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to perform basic measurements accurately.
- Experience with merchandising, marketing strategies, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
