Position: Director of Hotel Sales Multiple Assets
In this role you will be a critical part of the ongoing value creation for our hotel partners. Your job will be to provide a 360-degree commercial support with the end game of driving more profitable revenue for a portfolio of hotels. This position is virtual, experience working in a remote role preferred.

Responsibilities:
o Focus on value creation daily
o Step into the shoes of a property level director sales and marketing providing support virtually
o Develop and execute a prescriptive 360-degree commercial business plan to exceed revenue goals
o Represent hotels with professionalism and integrity in tandem with hotel clients as a seamless extension of the commercial team
o Identify and activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
o Manage all revenue drivers including but limited to pricing, segment and channel oversight
o Develop and manage a sales pipeline
o Participate in the creation of online and offline marketing tactics
o Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
o Deliver a weekly sales summary report
Qualifications & Skills Required:
o Property sales experience
o Minimum 5 years hotel sales and marketing experience
o Previous experience working virtually
o Experience selling for multiple brands preferred
o Experience selling to various market segments
