Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing exceptional guest services throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the Clover POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new customers.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Japanese restaurant is required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
