We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Corp. to deliver and pick up packages out of the Baton Rouge, LA FedEx Ground Terminal.
We are seeking FULL TIME & PART TIME PERMANENT Delivery Drivers. If you are a RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, TEAM FOCUSED individual, we’d love to have you on our team!
Delivery Driver Pay:
- $140 to $160 per day (depending on experience)

Delivery Driver Qualifications:
- Have 2 yrs commercial driving experience in the past 5 yrs
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid Driver’s License (MVR will be checked)
- Pass a background check (no cost to you)
- Pass a DOT physical & drug test (no cost to you) – this is a safety sensitive postion
- Be able to handle large and/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a hand truck
- Be able to climb stairs & work in all types of weather
- Have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication
We operate 7 days per week; FT employees work a 5 day schedule that will require weekend shifts.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities - include but not limited to:
- Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle
- Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day, as needed
- Safely & timely complete assigned stops/packages
* We are also looking for Part-Time AVP Drivers (FedEx Alternative Vehicle Program - use your own vehicle) *
AVP Pay: $2.25 per stop
- Your vehicle must be under 15 years old & have the ability to be fully locked/secured (acceptable vehicles: sedans, station wagons, SUVs, mini vans & pick-up trucks [with secure/lockable bed cover])
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid Drivers License (MVR will be checked)
- must immediately pass a drug test (no cost to you -- DOT physical NOT needed)
- have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication
Pay: $140.00 - $160.00 per day
