Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including stock control and inventory management.
- Receive, inspect, label, store, and issue materials accurately.
- Prepare and fulfill internal material requests for production and engineering teams.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate imports of materials from Mexico for customer delivery.
- Deliver materials and equipment to customers from Nogales, Arizona to Phoenix, Arizona.
- Purchase and pick up materials from local suppliers.
- Safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Operate a forklift and tow trailer when required.
- Knowledge of Arizona traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic logistics and shipping knowledge, including receiving, packaging, labeling, and material handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
