Full-Time PTA | Base + Performance Bonus | No Weekends
Location: West Monroe / Farmerville, LA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (We close at noon on Fridays)
Compensation (Transparent and Structured)
- $55,000–$60,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Performance bonus: $300 per pay period (up to $7,800/year)
- Top performers can earn $62,800–$67,800+ total compensation annually
Bonus is tied to clear, objective productivity benchmarks that are easy to track—not subjective reviews.
About Our Clinic
NELA Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned outpatient clinic serving Farmerville and West Monroe since 2016. We’ve built our reputation on delivering highly customized, evidence-based care across a diverse patient population including orthopedics, post-surgical, geriatrics, pediatrics, and neurological conditions.
We operate a general outpatient model. Our clinicians treat a wide variety of cases and are expected to be adaptable, efficient, and engaged.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Assist with implementing and progressing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
- Maintain efficient documentation and workflow
- Contribute to a strong, team-oriented clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Louisiana
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable
