Job Description:

Sort and separate paint based on quality and color.

Open and consolidate paint containers for processing. Discard packaging materials appropriately.

Assist during collection events – collecting, sorting and packaging paint material/ containers at event site(s).

Assist with workspace and facility maintenance/cleaning.

Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
Job Requirements:

Must be dependable and consistent.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Repetitive movements throughout the course of any given workday/week.

Must be able to identify different colors for recycle processing.

Must be able to operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and wheeled carts safely.

Occasionally, must be willing to work during non-business hours at facility or off-site locations for collection events.

Must be able to work in a team setting and follow instructions from direct Supervisor.

Commitment to safety.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to work from facility in Rotterdam, NY.

Ability to operate pallet jack for loading and unloading of pallets in excess of 800 lbs.

May be required to lift 50 lbs +.

Forklift certified is a plus.

Previous work experience in warehouse setting is a plus.

Previous work experience driving 26-foot box truck is a plus.
