Duties
- Hours: 6:00AM -4:00PM
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Serve food and beverages efficiently at tables or buffet stations, ensuring timely delivery
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food items carefully during preparation and serving to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Follow dietary guidelines and special requests to accommodate guests’ dietary needs and preferences
Experience
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Experience in serving, catering, or banquet settings enhances your suitability for this role
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential
- Barista or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry roles
- Familiarity with dietary aide practices or working in the food industry supports your success here
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are important for delivering excellent service
