Job Title: Experienced Outdoor Roofing Sales Representative
Pay: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

We are seeking an experienced and honest outdoor sales representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a great opportunity for a polished, personable, and driven salesperson who genuinely cares about homeowners and delivers excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door knocking and networking in our target markets.
- Perform professional roof inspections and provide clear, honest assessments to homeowners.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from initial consultation and contract signing through construction and final collection — ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience at every step.
This Role Does NOT Include:
- Production management
- Material ordering
- Crew scheduling
You will focus purely on sales and customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous roofing sales experience required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills (both written/electronic and in-person).
- Comfortable working at heights (roof inspections are required).
This job is not for you if you lack roofing sales experience or are afraid of heights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong product knowledge of roofing systems and components.
- Familiarity with major manufacturers: Owens Corning, Malarkey, CertainTeed, and TAMKO.
- Experience with our tech stack: JobNimbus, CompanyCam, Roofr, and door-knocking apps.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission structure (based on experience):
- 1–2 years: 10% of total job revenue
- 3–4 years: 12%
- 5+ years: 15%
- Performance bonuses: $2,500 at $500K, $1M, and $1.5M in annual revenue sold.
- W-2 position (we pay a portion of your taxes — unlike 1099 roles).
- Full-time, in-person role.
