- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve engagement strategies
- Track all client interactions accurately within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for reporting and follow-up purposes
- Provide feedback on common client questions or objections to help refine outreach scripts and strategies
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through initial steps and setting expectations for upcoming sessions
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a lively, positive tone that energizes prospects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups efficiently
- Experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to remain transparent and detailed when explaining processes or answering questions
