Production & Sanitation Responsibilities:
Lift, carry, and set down up to 60 lbs (30 kg) using proper posture
Assist with small-batch food production, bottling, labeling, and dating according to SOPs
Follow strict personal hygiene and sanitation protocols
Sanitize bottles, caps, tools, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and equipment
Perform repetitive tasks accurately while standing or sitting for extended periods
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
Accept feedback and adapt procedures to improve quality and efficiency
Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Fulfillment & Shipping Responsibilities:
Pack and ship refrigerated products using insulated materials and ice packs
Prepare and verify shipping labels and order accuracy
Insulate boxes, tape, seal, and stage shipments properly
Drop off packages at USPS and/or UPS as needed
Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues
Keep accurate tallies of materials used in production and shipping
Support inventory management and organization of supplies
Anticipate supply needs and communicate reorder timelines
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and messages related to orders and shipping
Communicate shipping timelines, delays, or issues clearly and professionally
Resolve basic fulfillment-related concerns with care and clarity
Maintain accurate records of customer communications
Escalate complex inquiries appropriately

Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, food production, fulfillment, warehouse, or customer service preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Ability to operate a pallet jack (or willingness to learn)
Proficient in using hand tools safely
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Clear communication skills and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, punctual, and organized
