Our team members currently earn between $15–$20+ per hour with hourly pay, tips, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Work in a team cleaning residential homes
- Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and tidy homes
- Travel between homes throughout the South Charlotte area
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Help create a positive experience for homeowners and teammates

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
