Position: CDL-A Combo Lane Driver
Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Split Shift / Sleeper Berth
Estimated Earnings:
$85,000 – $100,000+ per year
Approx. 14-hour workdays
Consistent hourly pay (no mileage fluctuations)
Typical Schedule:
1st Load: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Break: 2 hours off-duty
2nd Load: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Total: ~12 working hours / 14-hour day
Important Details:
Split sleeper berth schedule required
Drivers stay in truck 3–4 days at a time
Must be comfortable with overnight driving
What You’ll Do:
Run combo lane / split loads
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
Perform inspections and maintain logs (ELD)
Follow DOT & HOS regulations
Ensure on-time, safe deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
Valid CDL-A license
Comfortable with split shifts & sleeper berth
