Security Officer Patrol Driver Day Shift
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, observe activity across the location, and assist with directing foot traffic, vendor access, and/or after-hours entry in accordance with site policies.

Support retail and property management staff with incident documentation, customer assistance, and follow-up on policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
