This job is for a NAPA Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate.
This is a full time postion 40+ hours a week
You must be able to work weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Provide advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and automotive systems.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and keep displays organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Promote special offers and new products.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Important Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Sales experience and ability to explain products effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and phone communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive service or parts department experience is a plus.
