Summary:
We are seeking experienced LPN/LVNs for Skilled Nursing assignments across multiple Iowa locations. Candidates should be comfortable working in long-term care/skilled nursing settings and providing compassionate patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Assist with daily patient care and support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN License of NE State or Compact
- Active BLS-AHA certification
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $1,350.00 - $1,550.00 per week
