Server Assistant (Busser / Food Runner / Dining Room Support)
CASA Italian Restaurant – Oakhurst, NJ
CASA is an elevated kosher Italian restaurant opening in Oakhurst, NJ. We are building a team of hospitality professionals who believe great service comes from teamwork, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
We are currently hiring Server Assistants to help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting our servers and management team.
Compensation: $15–$18/hour + tip-outs
Responsibilities
- Deliver food accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to guests
- Refill water, beverages, and guest necessities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and professionally
- Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, restrooms, and service stations
- Stock ice, glassware, silverware, and service supplies
- Support opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
- Help maintain smooth service flow during busy periods
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout a full shift
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
