Job Description:
- As a sweeping technician, you will be expected to safely and effectively operate a commercial sweeper truck.
- You will be expected to follow a predetermined route, and execute sweeping duties on various properties including strip centers, parking lots, parking garages, loading docks, and others.
- Clock-in time is typically 7pm on weekdays, and 4pm or 7pm on weekends.
- Clock-out times are not set (this is not standard "shift work"); we clock out once the route is completed and all properties have been serviced. Shifts may range from 6-12 hours.
- We're looking for someone with experience that can start driving on day-one.

TIME LIMIT: 120 minutes
DAILY PROPERTY
PROPERTY INCLUDES:
- Parking lot and sidewalks in front of buildings (+ trash cans).
- Parking areas, drive lanes, loading docks, and dumpster areas behind buildings.
PRIORITY:
- All corners, curbs, and drains should be free of debris before you leave.
- All trashcan liners at or above 1/4 full must be replaced.
- Dump all trash in on-site dumpster by Great Clips.
STANDARD:
- Blow off all sidewalks and entrances.
- Remove trash from parking lot including areas behind buildings.
- Remove trash from all green areas bordering and within the parking lot and sidewalks as far back as 10 feet.
IF TIME ALLOWS:
- Remove trash from carts and return them to corrals.
- Clean up inside dumpster enclosures.
- Wipe off trashcan lids

Requirements:
- 2+ years of combined experience that includes professional driving of any kind.
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation to-and-from work.
- Availability to work nights and weekends with a schedule that varies week-to-week.
Who are we?
- Hydrocleaners is a small, family-owned exterior cleaning/maintenance company headquartered in Saint Peters, Missouri that began in 1999.
- It is currently being operated by the son of the founder.
