TechnoGuard is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to oversee installation projects and lead field teams on data center construction sites. This role is responsible for coordinating Team Leads and technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strong safety standards while delivering airflow containment solutions in fast-paced construction environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Foreman oversees Team-Leads and Field Technicians to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope. This role serves as the primary field liaison with the Project Manager and is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, and project execution while ensuring Team Leads are supported and positioned for success.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Meet with Project Managers prior to project start to understand full scope, schedule, and expectations
Oversee daily field operations and support Team Leads in managing their crews
Ensure crews understand project goals, timelines, and safety expectations
Monitor project progress and communicate risks, delays, or material issues to the Project Manager
Work with other trades to communicate to ensure all work is finished properly and project deadlines are met.
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed for successful project execution
Ensure daily meetings, reporting, and documentation are completed accurately in Assignar
Perform ongoing quality control inspections to ensure work meets TechnoGuard standards; correct any issues as well as report them to project managers
Identify and address job site safety hazards and enforce safe work practices
Assist with continuing education of new hires on site training and monitoring new technicians to ensure safe practices
Support training and development of technicians through on-the-job coaching and coordination with QC/Trainer; identify technicians that need supplemental training
Communicate with Scheduling and Logistics Manager regarding staffing needs and technician attendance
Utilizing Assignar for Service reports, Incident reports, and Discipline reports as needed and when required
Report issues and write ups in a timely manner and make sure person being written up is aware of their policy infraction
Complete Job Service Reports as required
Maintain and submit daily log of materials pulled from stock/warehouse
Manage materials on site and forecast any shortages or overages and report issues to PM
Oversee company vehicles, equipment, and materials to ensure safe operation, proper care and organization
Coordinate/oversee subcontractors and site personnel as required
Maintain clear communication between field teams and Project Managers
Ensure customer satisfaction through successful completion of project scope
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications

Experience performing a Foreman-level role in data center or similar construction environment strongly preferred

1-3 years of technician experience required

Requirements

U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship status

Forklift certified or be able to obtain certification
Applicants must be comfortable working at heights and able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, with temperatures ranging between 0°-100°F, and be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand or be moving up to 90% of the workday.
A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, on-site role
- Hours: 6AM – 2:30PM Monday to Friday, overtime as required
- Pay rate: $30 to $40/hour, based on experience
