Executive Assistant
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
A growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of Director-level leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a team as it is being built out and play an important role in helping establish strong administrative processes from the beginning.
The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will focus heavily on complex calendar management, travel coordination, communication, and administrative support, with opportunities to assist on project coordination and special assignments.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a group of Director-level leaders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meeting logistics, and calendar conflicts
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related expense reporting
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, external contacts, and senior-level stakeholders
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help keep leaders organized
- Assist with project coordination and special assignments as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Partner with other administrative team members to support broader department needs
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt quickly as priorities shift
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment preferred
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities with discretion
- Proactive, self-directed, reliable, and adaptable
- Positive, professional demeanor with strong follow-through
- Interest in learning the business and growing professionally
