Responsibilities
- Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing
- Read and interpret work orders, site plans, and measurements
- Set posts, install panels, gates, and hardware
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
- Install wood, chain link, aluminum, vinyl, steel, and specialty fencing products
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Represent the company professionally on job sites
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fence installation experience a must
- Experience with wood, chain link, aluminum, vinyl, steel, and automated gate systems preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor environments
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic construction math
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a DOT background check and drug screening
