Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the team by performing various administrative tasks
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
