Spring-Green Lawn Care is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated full-time, permanent lawn care/pest control professional. - Hourly pay rate in addition to production bonuses for meeting goals. General responsibilities include providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers including:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Fertilization
- Weed Control
- Aeration
- Seeding
- Communication with customers regarding lawn care services
- Completion of daily route assignments
- Identifying various lawn diseases or insect issues and can relay that information to the customer
- Mosquito Control
- Pest/Rodent Control
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess valid WI Drivers’ License with good driving record and background screen
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with total weight of 80-100 pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose
- Be able to operate or can learn how to operate various types of lawn care equipment
- Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service area a plus
- Must be able to read and recall regulations and procedures and pass state issued pesticide exam

- Being mechanically inclined is helpful
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Wisconsin Pesticide License (Required, we will provide training)
- Mosquito Applicator's License (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License (Required) with good driving record
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
