Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate PM to join their team. As a Commercial Real Estate PM, you will be part of the Project Delivery Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Commercial Real Estate PM
Location: Boston, MA
Pay Range: $70-80/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead and manage diverse projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency and teamwork.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and ensuring their satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Proven success in managing complex projects from inception through completion.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
