Viking Plastics in Corry, PA is looking for an experience Tool Room Changeover Technician to join our growing team!
REPORTS to: Tool Room Manger
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Tooling preventative maintenance adherence
- Minor machining of mold components
- Measurement of tooling and spec performance
- New tooling spec verification
- Changeover time reduction
- ISO/TS 16949 & 14001 adherence
- Cleanliness and organizational improvements
- Safety
- Efficiency improvements
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation
- Communication of equipment and output problems to supervisor
- Shift to Shift communication
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Two years experience in tearing down, changing over and cleaning molds
- Experience with measuring tools including but not limited to calipers, tape measures, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
