We are looking for a driven, organized, and proactive Production Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.
This is not a desk job.

What You'll Be Responsible For Project Management & Operations
- Manage multiple residential painting and home improvement projects simultaneously
- Coordinate daily schedules, crews, materials, and production timelines
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact production
Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during active projects
- Provide project updates and maintain clear communication
- Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage punch lists and project closeout procedures
Team Leadership
- Hold crews accountable to company standards and expectations
- Support field leaders with planning, communication, and problem-solving
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Reinforce company systems, procedures, and quality standards
Continuous Improvement
- Help improve operational systems and workflows
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
- Assist leadership with scaling company operations
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Successfully manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Improve crew accountability and communication
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help create a more organized and predictable production process
Qualifications Required
- Experience in construction, painting, remodeling, or home improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- Project management experience in residential construction
- Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)
- Experience leading crews or field teams
- Experience using project management software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools
