$19–$22/hr based on experience | Full-time, Seasonal with Year-Round Opportunity
We are a growing, locally owned landscaping company seeking a motivated, experienced Lead Lawn & Landscape Technician to help run daily field operations and grow our mowing and maintenance division.
This is a long-term leadership opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, shows up consistently, and wants to grow with a small business.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage mowing and maintenance routes (2x/week)
- Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform trimming, edging, cleanups, and basic landscape labor
- Help keep your team truck, equipment, and shop safe and clean
- Help train and motivate crew members
- ∙Work with team-members building and installing landscape projects such as plant installation, retaining wall construction, lawn maintenance , irrigation and other tasks related to landscaping or hardscaping as needed.
- Report daily progress and issues to the owner
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping or lawn care experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic & leadership mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Physically capable of outdoor labor in all weather
- Valid driver’s license
Equipment Skills:
- Drive company vehicle
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers (Walker)
- ∙Operate and maintain various tools and equipment as needed. Including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, etc
- Pull and back trailers
