We are currently hiring a 1st shift CRMA with a background as a CNA or PSS to join our fun and dynamic Assisted Living team.
Incentives include weekend shift differentials, shift lead, trainer, and additional $5/hour for picking up open shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Medication support
- Taking vital signs
- Assisting with personal care
- Assisting residents with ambulation as needed
- Assisting residents in retrieving their meals in the dining room
- Responding to emergency bells
- Recording all pertinent information in patient records
- There is NO LIFTING of residents involved in this role
Requirements:
- CRMA Certified but will train right person.
- Current CNA or PSS Certification
- Compassion for the senior population
- Team-work focus
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting
- Proof of immunization
- Pass a background check
