As an Entry Level Business Associate you will engage with customers, understand their connectivity needs, and present tailored solutions that support both customer satisfaction and sales growth. This role blends professional customer interaction with targeted sales initiatives to achieve individual and team performance goals. You will be trained to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Entry Level Business Associate Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, in-person service as an Entry Level Business Associate representing AT&T products with enthusiasm and care.
- Build face-to-face rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Use a consultative approach to clearly explain plans, devices, and service options for informed decisions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales in company systems after each engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, support sales goals, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Entry Level Business Associate Qualifications
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer‑service oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly
