Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP/SLPA/CF)
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool populations
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Recent graduates, experienced clinicians, and travelers are all encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool students, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Consult with classroom staff and families to support carryover of strategies in various settings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
- Adapt therapy activities for an engaging, child-centered approach
