Bolt: Bevs + Bites is a fast-paced, high-energy drink shop serving specialty coffee, energy drinks, and quick bites. We’re looking for dependable, upbeat team members who thrive in a customer-focused environment and enjoy working with a team.
As a Barista at Bolt, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys a fast-moving work environment.
Barista Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, energy drinks, and food items according to recipes and standards
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service
- Maintain speed and quality during high-volume periods
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn recipes and follow procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule Requirements
- Works a flexible schedule
- Works a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week
- Follows company procedures for communicating time-off requests
- Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays, if necessary

Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm
- Sunday 8am-8pm
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
