We are currently seeking a part time Customer Service Representatives with 6am-10am or 4pm-9pm availability, every other weekend required.
Expectations
- Take inbound calls and messages for our clients and route them appropriately.
- Obtain and enter accurate information into message database.
- Set accurate individual goals to meet key performance standards to ensure continual growth.
- Type 35 WPM with accuracy.
- Correct grammar and pronunciation are critical.

- Ability to keyboard 35 wpm. Excellent typing and talking skills.

Training Process:
5 to 7 Week Classroom Training - Full or part-time hours during training. Training is Eastside of Green Bay, right across the street from East Town Mall, 2430 Finger Road, Green Bay, WI 54302.
Pay: From $18.20 per hour
