Summer Enrichment Teacher (Early Childhood)
Sky’s The Limit Childcare & Early Preschool is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Summer Enrichment Teacher to join our team for our summer program!
We are a licensed childcare program with over 13 years of experience providing high-quality early childhood education and hands-on learning in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
Position
The Summer Enrichment Teacher will lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play during our summer camp program. This includes structured lessons, creative arts, outdoor play, and social-emotional development activities for young children.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead fun, hands-on enrichment activities
- Supervise and engage with children throughout the day
- Support learning through play, storytelling, music, and movement
- Assist with meals, routines, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
- Encourage positive behavior and social development
- Communicate professionally with staff and children
- Follow all childcare licensing guidelines and center policies
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (daycare, preschool, camp, or similar)
- Loving, patient, and energetic personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to pass background check (per licensing requirements)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
