What You'll Do:
- Learn and operate solid wire MIG welding equipment to build high-quality commercial crab pots
- Master hands-on welding skills and precision techniques in a real-world production environment
- Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and getting things done right

- Self-starter ready to learn welding from the ground up
- Own a welding hood and steel-toed boots (or plan to get them)
- Committed to a 90-day training/probation period
- Motivated by making tangible, high-quality products
