Kreative Bears Preschool® is growing, and we’re looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers to join our team!
Our teachers work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a warm, play-based learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.

What You’ll Do
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Support children’s cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development through play and intentional learning experiences.
- Guide daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Observe children’s development and maintain required classroom documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with Pennsylvania DHS requirements.
- Build positive relationships with families through professional and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with teachers and leadership to provide high-quality care and education.
- Support positive behavior through relationship-based and positive guidance practices.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania DHS child care staff qualification requirements for the position.
Preferred candidates will have:
- 2,500+ documented hours of experience working with children in an early childhood or child care setting.
- Previous experience in a licensed child care center.
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or other related education.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to working with young children.
- Ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively participate in classroom activities throughout the day.

- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA State Police Criminal History Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- National Sex Offender Registry Verification
- Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification
- Health & Safety Training
- Mandated Reporter Training
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- 90-day performance-based wage review

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Shifts scheduled between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM
- No weekends
