The organization is currently looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to drive success across various initiatives, including system modernization, cybersecurity, network architecture, and virtualization, while providing essential technical guidance to their industrial partners.
Core Responsibilities-
Develop and oversee the maintenance of OT infrastructure within various industrial automation settings

Manage and optimize virtualized platforms, including Hyper-V, vCenter, and VMware ESXi

Execute hardware modernization efforts and system migration projects

Ensure robust communication by configuring and diagnosing industrial network protocols

Help maintain system stability by supporting DCS and control environment infrastructure upgrades

Enhance overall security posture by implementing system hardening, backups, and recovery protocols

Deliver high-quality technical assistance to clients through both onsite visits and remote support

Facilitate successful project outcomes by participating in startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting

Collaborate effectively with field service and systems engineering departments on complex client engagements

Professional Requirements-
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Industrial Infrastructure, Controls Engineering, or OT Engineering

Proven ability to maintain virtualized OT environments using Hyper-V or VMware

Demonstrated expertise in industrial networking within process automation or manufacturing sectors

Background in the support of industrial automation systems or DCS platforms

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively troubleshoot issues and communicate with clients

Degree in a technology-focused discipline, either at the Associate or Bachelor level

Capacity to travel for project needs, typically ranging between 30% and 40%
