Position Summary
This position combines driving, furniture moving, event setup, and warehouse responsibilities. Team members are responsible for transporting furniture and event equipment to venues, assisting with event installations, and completing event breakdowns after events.
Driving is a core responsibility of this role. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving company vehicles throughout Southern California.
Schedule
* Thursday through Monday availability required
* Must be available to work weekends
* Ability to work occasional night shifts
* Ability to work extended shifts and double shifts on Fridays and Saturdays when needed
* Flexibility is essential due to the event-based nature of the business
Responsibilities
* Drive company vehicles to and from event venues
* Load and unload furniture, décor, and event equipment
* Safely transport rental inventory
* Set up and install furniture and event items according to event layouts
* Assist with event strike and breakdown after events
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
* Inspect inventory before and after events
* Follow company procedures and safety standards
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Required Qualifications
* Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
* Ability to comfortably drive company vehicles
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and move heavy furniture and equipment on a regular basis
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to adapt to changing schedules and event demands
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Previous experience in event rentals, logistics, warehouse operations, moving services, furniture delivery, or event production
* Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles
