What You Will Get:
- $23 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
- Start time at 8:00 AM
- 9 to 10 hour shifts with overtime opportunities during busy season
- Home daily
- All Purpose Leave that covers vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Paid orientation and training
What You Will Be Doing:
This role keeps you active throughout the day with short hauls and precision work:
- Moving trailers between plant and nearby warehouses within 2 miles
- Backing into dock doors, including tight spaces using a spotter truck
- Frequent drop and hook work with in-and-out truck activity
- Opening and closing trailer doors
- Occasional dolly leg operation
Freight includes rubber hose products such as garden hoses.

- Spotter truck
- Dry van trailers

Within commuting distance of Brownsville, TN
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 24 months verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Clean driving record and strong work history
- Must meet all DOT and company requirements
