Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a Night Watchman.
In this role you will (but not limited to):
The primary role of the position is to secure & check facilities and property to ensure the safety of our members, guests and employees.
- Secure & check the entire main floor (inside & outside) of the Clubhouse.
- Check all parking lots on a regular basis.
- Makes floor-by-floor check of all buildings.
- Develop and carry out an intermittent building security check schedule.
- Notifies police, fire department, or other appropriate authority of any situation requiring immediate or prompt attention.
- Is considerate, courteous, and treats others with respect.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to read, write and follow written directions.
- Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant walking, frequent climbing of stairs
- Exposure to all weather conditions
- Ability to see and hear clearly
