WALKER RESPONSIBITIES: Synergy Shipping has Part-time or Full-time Foot Delivery Courier/ Walker positions to deliver Amazon packages throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Synergy Shipping is an independent delivery organization that helps deliver thousands of packages on behalf of our clients, to their customers every day.
Delivery Walker Associate Responsibilities:
- Load hand trucks and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs.) on foot in all weather conditions, efficiently, safely and punctually
- Follow strict safety standards and practices throughout all delivery stages from package pickup, transport and delivery
- Operate an electronic device/mobile phone for GPS and daily records of deliveries via the Amazon Flex app
- Contact the customers, when necessary, in order to deliver their packages in a safe location/follow their direction
- Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- You can expect to work between 3-10 hours a day
- You can expect to report to the general area of Reseda and Canoga Park
- We provide on-the-job training so that all our employees feel confident on the streets and at the doorsteps of customers.
Delivery Walker Associate Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read and speak English, for safety reasons
- Have a valid, non-expired State ID or Driver’s License
- Must be physically capable of moving boxes up to 50 lbs. and push a large hand cart throughout the streets of Reseda and Canoga Park, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Consent to a drug test. Marijuana is NOT tested for drug screening.
- Familiarity with a smart phone as you will need to communicate constantly with your driver/dispatchers and use digital apps for delivering packages
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be a team player. Come to work on time and be respectful towards your managers and colleagues
- Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends, when needed.
Day range:
- Every day Sunday to Saturday
- Holidays
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
