Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Set up and run screen print jobs (screens, ink, registration, cleanup)
- Print DTF gang sheets and transfers: nest designs, print, powder, cure, cut, label
- Heat-press garments when needed
- Fold, bag, pack, and ship orders to the correct size, color, quantity, and design
- Do daily DTF maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Keep the floor clean and flag problems before an order leaves
Requirements
- A self-starter attitude
- Must work on-site in Longview, TX
- Reliable, on-time attendance
- Stand most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Read tickets, count pieces, and catch mistakes
- Basic computer use for tickets and shipping labels
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
