If you're looking for a position where your effort directly impacts your paycheck, Advosy is looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to join our growing team.
This is not a customer service position. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified appointments for our field sales teams by making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
You'll work across all of Advosy's service lines—including roofing, restoration, HVAC, and pest control—connecting homeowners with solutions that genuinely help protect and improve their homes.
Success in this role comes from consistency, resilience, and activity.
Your day will include:
- Utilizing an auto dialer to complete approximately 120 outbound dials per hour
- Converting both cold prospects and warm leads into qualified appointments
- Averaging approximately 2 qualified appointments per hour
- Following up with homeowners to confirm, reschedule, and maintain appointment quality
- Managing open opportunities and documenting activity within our CRM
- Working closely with our sales team to maximize appointment success
- Consistently meeting activity and performance goals
We're searching for someone who is energized by outbound sales and understands that success comes from discipline, consistency, and volume.
- 2+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or inside sales experience
- High-volume outbound calling experience
- Experience working from lead lists using an auto dialer
- Comfortable speaking with both cold prospects and warm leads
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience using CRM software
- Ability to work independently while staying accountable to performance metrics
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment
- Stay positive and motivated even after hearing "no"
- Are naturally competitive and goal-oriented
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Take ownership of your results without needing constant supervision
- Are dependable, organized, and accountable
- Welcome coaching and continuously look for ways to improve
This role is probably not a fit if you're uncomfortable spending most of your day making outbound calls, become discouraged by rejection, or prefer a slower-paced position with minimal performance expectations.
